Angelo and his two accomplices plan to rob a Swiss bank, but things quickly go awry. Their getaway driver abandons them, and Angelo's partner is shot dead during the heist. Desperate, Angelo grabs a briefcase containing an unknown amount of money and takes the bank director's daughter hostage along with her car. He initially plans to use her as leverage for ransom but soon discovers that the briefcase belongs to a powerful man who will stop at nothing to retrieve it. As the situation becomes increasingly dangerous, Angelo decides to flee with his hostage. Along the way, he finds himself falling for the woman he once intended to exploit.
