Story
Chicago advertising executive Charles 'Chaz' Schine finds himself in an affair with Lucinda Harris after she pays his train fare one day. They meet up at a hotel where they are robbed and assaulted by Frenchie LaRoche, who blackmails Chaz for money. Desperate to protect his family from the truth of his infidelity, Chaz pays Frenchie but this only escalates the situation.
