The movie 'Jeune et Jolie' follows French teenager Isabelle who spends her summer holiday with her family in the south of France. During this time, she loses her virginity to a German teenager named Felix. Upon returning to Paris with her mother Sylvie, stepfather Patrick, and younger brother Victor, Isabelle takes up a job as a call girl under the alias 'Lea'. She develops feelings for one of her older clients, Georges, who is married with a daughter. Tragically, Georges dies from a heart attack during their encounter at a hotel. Isabelle manages to flee but the police investigate and eventually identify her. The detectives inform Sylvie about Isabelle's involvement, leaving Sylvie devastated.
