Marfa Girl follows Adam, a disaffected 16-year-old living in Marfa, Texas. On his birthday, he engages in casual sex with his girlfriend Inez and neighbor Donna, while also attracting the attention of his pregnant teacher Miss Jones. Meanwhile, an aggressive local artist and an unhinged border patrol agent named Tomek observe Adam's actions.
