Story
Thirty-seven year old Winnipeg-based accountant Jordan Abrams, a self-proclaimed doormat, finally gets his childhood crush Rachel Stern to be his girlfriend after years of pining for her. However, after planning a romantic vacation to Niagara Falls, Rachel dumps him just a day before their trip because she finds him lackluster in bed. Heartbroken but determined to win her back, Jordan decides to go on the trip alone with the intention of becoming a better lover. He meets up with his college friend Dandak in Toronto, who agrees to help him get back into the dating scene and improve his sexual prowess. Meanwhile, Rachel convinces Jordan to take the vacation by himself, promising to discuss their break-up upon his return. In search of guidance, Jordan befriends Julia 'Jules' Bowe, a stripper with financial troubles, who agrees to teach him about sex in exchange for help managing her finances. Throughout his week-long trip, Jordan navigates his unconventional student-teacher relationship with Jules while trying to make Rachel jealous through text messages featuring him and Jules together.
