Story
Rousseau, a successful Parisian crime novelist, is struggling to find inspiration for his next book. Meanwhile, Candice Lecoeur, a young woman who believes she is the reincarnation of Marilyn Monroe, lives in a remote French village where she works as a model for the local cheese factory. After Candice's apparent suicide by sleeping pills, Rousseau becomes intrigued by her story and travels to the village to investigate her death.
