In the quiet Midwestern town of Glenville, the annual Christmas Eve parade is about to begin. Sheriff Baxter and his deputy, Murphy, are preparing for the event when they receive a report that a man in a Santa suit has been murdering locals who have been naughty. The duo investigates and discovers that the killer is indeed dressed as Santa Claus.
