Brianna Lynn Brown, born in Saint Paul, Minnesota, started her acting career with a role in NBC's 'Freaks and Geeks' in 1999 after attending St. Olaf College. She gained prominence playing Lisa Niles on ABC's 'General Hospital' and Taylor Stappord on Lifetime's 'Devious Maids'. Story
Homeland follows U.S. Marine Sergeant Nicholas Brody who returns home eight years after going missing in Iraq, presumed dead. His intelligence officer, Carrie Mathison, believes he was turned by al-Qaeda and poses an active threat to national security. As Carrie investigates further, she discovers that Brody has indeed been indoctrinated by the terrorist group and is involved in a planned attack on American soil. Throughout the series, Carrie and Brody's relationship becomes increasingly complex as they navigate their feelings for each other amidst her pursuit of stopping his mission.
