Rene Russo, born February 17, 1954, began her career as a fashion model in the 1970s before transitioning to acting. She made her film debut in 'Major League' (1989) and gained international prominence through various thrillers and action films like 'Lethal Weapon 3' (1992), 'In the Line of Fire' (1993), and 'The Thomas Crown Affair' (1999). She reprised her role as Frigga in Marvel Cinematic Universe films from 2011 to 2019. Russo won a Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in 'Nightcrawler' (2014) and was BAFTA-nominated for the same role.
