Jasmine Trinca, born April 24, 1981 in Rome, Italy, began her acting career in 2001 when she was selected by Nanni Moretti for his award-winning film 'The Son's Room'. She received the Guglielmo Biraghi prize for Best New Talent that year. In 2004, Trinca won a Nastro d'Argento for her role in 'The Best of Youth'. She has worked with Moretti again in 'Il caimano' (2006).
