Full Biography
Öykü Karayel was born in Istanbul in 1990 with her twin brother Ezgi. She attended Cemberlitas Girls High School and later pursued theater at the University of Istanbul Conservatory, including a five-month exchange program in London. During her conservatory years, she played Ayse in 'Güzel Seyler Bizim Tarafta' directed by Berkun Oya. Her first professional role was in 'Kuzey Güney' from 2011 to 2013 alongside notable actors like Kivanç Tatlitug and Bugra Gülsoy. She starred in the Turkish film 'Bulanti' (2015), portraying a key role alongside Zeki Demirkubuz and Sebnem Hassanisoughi. Known among her peers as warm and sociable, Öykü enjoys dancing and traveling.
