Angela Eileen Featherstone was born on April 3, 1965, in Canada. She moved to Manitoba with her family from Nova Scotia when she was nine years old, living in Winnipeg River and Thompson before settling in Winnipeg. Angela attended Grant Park High School during the 1980s.
