Catya Sassoon, born Catya Sassoon-Adams on September 3, 1968, in Manhattan, New York City, was an American actress and model. She was the daughter of renowned hairstylist Vidal Sassoon and actress Beverly Adams. Sassoon began her career at age 14 as a model, achieving success and appearing on prominent magazine covers before transitioning into acting. Her acting debut was in 'Tuff Turf' (1985). She appeared in various TV series like 'Amazing Stories,' 'Out of This World,' and 'Hardball.' Sassoon's film career focused on action roles, notably leading in 'Angelfist' (1993) and appearing in 'Bloodfist IV: Die Trying' and 'Bloodfist VI: Ground Zero.' She passed away at age 33 on January 1, 2002, in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California due to a heart attack.
