Clémentine Célarié (born Meryem Célarié, 12 October 1957) is a French actress known for her role in 'Le siffleur' (2009). Born in Dakar during French colonial rule of Senegal, she later moved to the United States before returning to France and pursuing acting. She has three sons, Abraham, Gustave, and Balthazar, and resides in Aix-en-Provence. In 1994, Célarié publicly kissed an HIV-positive man on a TV show to challenge misconceptions about the virus. Politically, she supported François Hollande's presidential campaign in 2012.
