Cordelia González, born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is an accomplished actress and performer with a Bachelor's degree in Drama/Theatre Arts from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master of Fine Arts in acting from Yale School of Drama. She gained prominence for her roles in Hollywood movies such as 'Born on the Fourth of July' (1989) directed by Oliver Stone, and 'The Mambo Kings' (1992). González has also had notable stage appearances, including Broadway's 'Serious Money' (1988) with Alec Baldwin, and European tours for 'Ajax' and 'The Persians' under Peter Sellars. She has acted in TV series like 'Kojak', 'The Equalizer', and 'Law and Order'.
