Darya Nikolaevna Ekamasova, born May 20, 1984 in Moscow, USSR, is a Russian theater and film actress. After attending music school, she studied at the Russian University of Theatre Arts under Aleksandr Porokhovschikov. Ekamasova debuted in Vladimir Ageev's play 'Captive Spirits' as Lyubochka Mendeleeva with Playwright and Director Center n/p A. Kazantsev and M. Roshchin. She also appeared in 'Life is Good', winning the Special Jury Prize Dramatic Theatre National Theatre Award 'Golden Mask' in 2010, and '18th Hour'. Her notable film credits include 'Once Upon a Time There Lived a Simple Woman' (2011), 'Free Floating' (2006), 'Celestial Wives of the Meadow Mari' (2012), and she played Sofia Kovalenko in seasons 5-6 of 'The Americans' (2017-2018).
