Diane Keaton, born Diane Hall on January 5, 1946, is an American actress known for her distinctive persona and fashion style. She began her career on stage, appearing in 'Hair' (1968) and receiving a Tony Award nomination for 'Play It Again, Sam' (1969). Her breakthrough role was Kay Adams-Corleone in 'The Godfather' (1972), followed by her iconic performance as Annie Hall in the Woody Allen film of the same name (1977), which won her an Academy Award.
