Elena de Frutos is a Spanish actress born on December 23, 1985, in Madrid, Spain. She began her professional journey in the late 1990s and quickly became a recognizable face on Spanish television through roles in popular series such as El comisario (1999) and El pantano (2003). One of her most notable long-term television projects was the comedy hit Aída, where she portrayed the character Noe from 2005 to 2009.
In 2009, she gained significant attention for her performance in the provocative youth drama Mentiras y gordas (known internationally as Sex, Party and Lies), playing the role of Carmen alongside a cast of rising stars like Ana de Armas and Mario Casas. Her filmography also includes the horror film Películas para no dormir: La culpa (2006) and recurring roles in television productions such as Yo soy Bea (2008), Cosas de la vida (2008–2009), and the series La Peluquería (2017).
