Emma Relph is a British actress known for her role as Jo in 'The Day of the Triffids'. She trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama. Born into a creative family, she is the daughter of Michael Relph and half-sister of Simon Relph. Post-acting, Emma pursued astrology and yoga, teaching Kundalini yoga and Curative Astrology, and leading Dances of Universal Peace.
