Gizem Erdogan, born Gizem Suna Kling on April 30, 1987 in Högsbo, Sweden, is a Swedish actor. She studied at the theater school in Malmö from 2012 to 2015 and has performed at Kulturhuset Stadsteatern in Stockholm. Erdogan is part of Göteborg Stadsteater's permanent ensemble, notable for playing Alice in 'Alice in Wonderland'. Her film debut was in 'Svenskjävel' (2015). She won the 'Actress of the Year in a TV Production' award at the Kristallen Awards 2020 for her role in 'Kalifat', and was nominated for 'Actress of the Year' in 2021 for her role as Leah in 'The Thin Blue Line'. The latter series is an intimate portrayal of four police officers in Malmö, where personal and professional lines blur.
