Jeannie Bell, born Annie Lee Morgan in St. Louis, Missouri, gained fame as Playboy's first African American cover model in 1970 after being their October 1969 Playmate of the Month. She transitioned into acting, notably starring in 'TNT Jackson' (1975) and appearing in films like 'Mean Streets' and 'The Klansman', along with TV appearances. After retiring from show business post-1979, she married Gary Judis in 1986.
