Joana Preiss, born on May 22, 1972, is a French actress, director, singer, and performer. She has starred in films by directors like Christophe Honoré and Olivier Assayas, and collaborated with artists such as Nan Goldin, Ugo Rondinone, and Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster. Trained in classical singing, she performs regularly in concerts and founded the duo White Tahina, singing poems by Hölderlin. In 2011, she directed her first film 'Sibérie'.
