Full Biography
Kristin Adams, born Karen O'Connor, is a Los Angeles-based journalist who worked on a book project involving comedian Vince Collins in 1972. The project aimed to uncover the reasons behind the dissolution of Vince's professional partnership with Lanny Morris and the mysterious death of Maureen O'Flaherty, which occurred during their telethon event in Miami. Karen was chosen for this task due to her status as a polio survivor who appeared on the 1957 telethon. Her research was complicated by receiving anonymous chapters from Lanny's memoir and eventually meeting him without revealing her true identity.
