Lea Massari (born Anna Maria Massetani on June 30, 1933) is an Italian actress who changed her name after her fiancé's death. She studied architecture in Switzerland and gained fame for her roles in art cinema films like 'L'avventura' and 'Murmur of the Heart'. Massari worked extensively in both Italian and French cinema, winning a Nastro d'Argento award.
