Career Highlights:
Maggie McOmie, an American actress, rose to prominence for her role as LUH in the 1971 film 'THX 1138'. She was one of few actresses who agreed to shave her head for the part, as depicted in a behind-the-scenes featurette titled 'Bald'. After 'THX 1138', which remains her most significant film credit, she retreated from acting. She reappeared briefly in 'Grand Junction' and 'The Boston Strangler' (2006), and performed Halie in Sam Shepard's 'Buried Child' at Portland's Third Eye Theatre in 2007.
