Margaux Hemingway was born on February 16, 1953, to parents Byra Louise and Jack Hemingway. She was the great-granddaughter of renowned author Ernest Hemingway. Hemingway gained significant fame as a fashion model in the mid-1970s, appearing on numerous magazine covers including Cosmopolitan, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Vogue, and Time. In 1983, she signed a million-dollar contract with Fabergé to be the spokesmodel for their 'Babe' perfume. Her acting career included roles in films such as 'The Garden of Allah', 'Killer Fish', and 'The Blood of Others'. However, her life was also marked by struggles with addiction and depression, which ultimately led to her tragic death from a drug overdose on July 1, 1996.
