Full Biography
Miranda Otto (born December 16, 1967) is an Australian actress from a family of actors. She began acting at age eighteen and has appeared in various independent and major studio films. Her breakthrough role was Éowyn in 'The Lord of the Rings' trilogy (2002-2003), which earned her an Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Known for roles in 'War of the Worlds' (2005), 'Annabelle: Creation', and Netflix's 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina'. She has performed numerous stage productions, including a Helpmann Award-nominated performance as Nora Helmer in 'A Doll's House'.
