Rita Guedes, born in Brazil, began her acting career at age 14 with the theater group Roda Viva in Catanduva. She moved to Campinas at 17 and later to São Paulo at 19. Her breakthrough role was in the soap opera 'Despedida de Solteiro'. Since then, she has acted in over 10 soap operas, 3 feature films, 7 short films, numerous plays, TV series like 'Carga Pesada', and music videos.
