Rosanne Katon, born to a Jamaican father and African-American mother, began her career in the mid-1970s, acting in TV shows like 'Sanford and Son', 'What's Happening!!', and 'Good Times'. She played leading roles in films like 'Ebony, Ivory & Jade' and 'The Muthers'. Katon was known for being typecast in sex kitten roles in R-rated comedies such as 'The Swinging Cheerleaders', 'Chesty Anderson, U.S. Navy', and 'Bachelor Party'. She was Playboy's September 1978 Playmate of the Month. Notable credits include appearances in UCLA student films like 'Illusions' and 'Rich', and roles in 'Motel Hell', 'City Girl', and 'Harem'.
