Born on January 5, 1975, in Berkeley, California, Sydney Moon grew up in a liberal and creative environment in the Bay Area. Seeking new experiences after high school, she moved to New York City to attend New York University, though she eventually returned to the warmer climate of Southern California. There, she achieved an impressive academic milestone by earning a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
Her entry into the world of modeling happened by chance when she was discovered by a Playboy casting scout while working as a dancer in Los Angeles. Embracing her bold personality and the belief that the human body is a form of art, she made her debut in the "Playboy’s Sexy Girls Next Door" special edition. This initial success led to an extensive career with the brand, including numerous photo shoots and appearances in popular videos such as Playboy Wet & Wild: Slippery When Wet and Girls of Hedonism.
Throughout her career, Sydney Moon has remained grounded, often expressing gratitude for the opportunity to travel the world and meet diverse people.
