She played NASA engineer Margo Madison in 'For All Mankind', Julia Sagorsky in 'Boardwalk Empire', KGB handler Kate in 'The Americans', Dr Iris Campbell in 'Person of Interest', and Megan Holter in the horror series 'Outcast' (2016-2018). Schmidt's role in 'Outcast' was as a character named Megan Holter, but it does not appear to be one of her most notable characters.
