Yvane, born Karin Schubert, starred as Yasmine in 'Une femme spéciale' (1979). In this film, her character is a young woman newly married to a low-life husband who manipulates her severe drug addiction for his own gain. She's forced to smuggle narcotics and even engage with his gangster associates to settle debts. After catching him cheating, Yasmine steals heroin from him and flees with the smugglers in pursuit.
