Elizabeth Ann Guttman, known professionally as Elizabeth Daily and E.G. Daily, was born on September 11, 1961. She is an American actress, voice actress, singer, songwriter, and musician, best known for her roles in animation such as Tommy Pickles in 'Rugrats' and Buttercup in 'The Powerpuff Girls'. She also played Julie, a valley girl who falls in love with Randy, a punk from the city, in the 1983 film 'Valley Girl'.
