Emily MacLeod stars as Lacey Summers in 'Lingerie' (2009), a cable series set in New York City's fashion industry. Lacey, a former model turned lingerie designer, struggles to maintain her business despite its success in boutiques due to high costs. She rents out her spare room to Vanessa, an aspiring actress from Seattle. Lacey's love life is complex: she has an on-again-off-again relationship with photographer Jason, which ends when he sleeps with Vanessa. She then dates Rick, a fireman, but their relationship fades due to differing interests. After taking time off from relationships, Lacey focuses on creating and promoting a new line of lingerie at a New York City Spring Fashion Show.
