Lana Tailor stars as Lacey Summers, a former model turned lingerie designer in New York City's fashion industry. She struggles financially, despite her work being sold in local boutiques. Lacey rents out her spare room to Vanessa, an aspiring actress from Seattle. Her relationship with photographer boyfriend Jason ends after he sleeps with Vanessa. Later, she dates Rick, a fireman who prefers outdoor adventures over city life, leading to their eventual split. After taking time off from relationships, Lacey focuses on creating a new 'Metro' line of lingerie.
