Nicola Fiore played Mara, a complex and troubled character in 'Sociopathia' (2015). Mara is introverted and peculiar, spending her days creating movie props while hiding her internal turmoil. She's terrified of being alone and keeps the corpses of her lovers as living dolls after sadistically murdering them. When hired by Kat, a producer, Mara develops an intense relationship with her, leading to mental deterioration as she struggles to maintain reality.
